MAGIC STAMP (PoW) - Project #2

Hi all,

Here is today's project.... As we are using the Magic Stamp this week, and the items to impress are endless,I am aiming to use items that everyone has around the home so you can also give it a try.

Well todays technique has got to be a definitely "MUST TRY" by everyone..I think the effect this gives is just absolutely gorgeous. I have created an ATC (Artist Trading Card) I didn't add too much detail to the card as I wanted to show off the background. Of course you can attach the ATC to a card base and create a card

After heating the Magic stamp I impressed it into a pile of rubberbands and this is the result after inking the stamp.

The impressed image was inked using Prussian Blue Fluid chalk onto ATC size white card, then edged the card with Blue Iris Chalk ink. The Iris Stamp from the Spring Time Set (4112KO) and Greeting Set #3 were stamped in Ancient Page Coal Black (72010).

This definitely has "WOW" factor ....What do you think?

  1. I really really like this Jo! I hadn't thought of rubber bands.... Geez all of you blog war girls are raising the bar big time with these!

  2. Gorgeous! More stamps I haven't got though. Putting pen to Wish List AGAIN!!

  3. GOrgeous card, love the effect, I must try it

  4. What can I say that hasn't already been said..I love the card (ATC)
